Terms & Conditions for Booking “The Bunker” by Hache

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party.

• The total cost of the booking is £250, which includes the deposit.

• The remaining balance of £200 must be paid no later than 7 days before the event.

2. Duration & Inclusions

• Each party booking is for a duration of 90 minutes.

• The booking includes:

o Exclusive use of “The Bunker” for your group

o A designated party host

o Food and drinks

o Use of all gaming equipment during the party

3. Guests

• Parties are for up to 10 guests and can include all ages.

• Parents are welcome to stay & have food in the restaurant.

4. Games & Content

• A designated party host will be present throughout the session to help run the event and ensure that no age-inappropriate games are accessed by underage guests.

• The host has the authority to switch or stop any games deemed unsuitable based on age.

• As the lead guest, it is your responsibility to check with all parents of attendees that they are happy for their child to play on all games including those above their age rating (this mainly refers to Fortnite which is rated as a 12+ game) As Hache has a duty of care to all party goers, we will not allow children under the age of 18 to play on games, including but not limited to ;Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto.

• If there is a specific game, you do not want your children to play please state this before the party begins.

• If there is a specific game that you would like us to download, please let us know 48 hrs or more, before the booking date (the games must be available via Xbox game pass or via PlayStation+)

5. Damages & Responsibility

• The signee of the terms & conditions is responsible for any damage, misuse, breakage or theft of gaming equipment or venue property during the booking.

• Any damages will result in additional charges, including the cost of repairs or replacement of equipment.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may result in loss of the full payment.

7. Health & Safety

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions from the party host.

• Any unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in early termination of the party with no refund.

• Food & Drink is strictly prohibited in ‘The Bunker’. Party food and drinks will be served in the conference room, downstairs directly below ‘The Bunker’.
